The PIEP (Political Institutions and Economic Policy) conference aims to bring together scholars whose work examines political institutions with those who focus on the analysis of economic policymaking. The conferences encourage research approaches that are theoretically rigorous and empirically systematic regarding both institutional factors and economic conditions.
